Haverford Registration

Haverford Township before and after school program registration begins Monday, March 4th at 7:30am.  Forms can be dropped off at the Brookline building. If there is a 2 hour delay for school on Monday, then registration will be delayed until 9:30am.  If school is cancelled, then registration will begin on Tuesday, March 5th.

Forms are available on our website, FSS’ Facebook page and at each of the sites on a first come, first serve basis. Completed registration forms and the deposit can be mailed to our Brookline location, 1105 Earlington Road, Havertown, PA 19083. Forms can also be dropped off at the Brookline Main Office, located on the second floor, from 8am until 3pm. A lock box located outside of the office is available after 3pm for your convenience.

If the programs become full, a waiting list will be established. If and when a space becomes available, the program department will notify you. A start date for your child will be established once a completed packet is submitted.
